A machine for harvesting blueberries from blueberry plants, comprising, atleast one rake adaptedto pass through a blueberry plant and remove blueberries therefrom, areceptacle for blueberries,means for conveying blueberries from the at least one rake to the receptacle,means for orientingthe at least one rake to a first orientation for removing the blueberries fromthe blueberry plant,means for orienting the at least one rake to a second orientation for removingthe blueberriesfrom the at least one rake, wherein the first orientation is more horizontalthan the secondorientation.
