A method of reducing the risk to a Vendor of a First House that the Vendor ofthe First House'will have to pay the Monthly Carrying Costs associated with the First House inthe event that theFirst House is not sold within an acceptable predefined or determinable periodof time,comprising the steps of calculating the Monthly Carrying Costs associated withthe First House,establishing a Minimum Acceptable Price for the sale of the First House,calculating thelikelihood that the First House will not be sold at or above the MinimumAcceptable Price duringthe acceptable predefined or determinable period of time and calculating thelikely length of timerequired to sell the First House at or above the Minimum Acceptable Price,calculating thepotential claim exposure of having to pay the Monthly Carrying Costs after theacceptablepredefined or determinable period of time until the First House is sold at orabove the MinimumAcceptable Price, calculating a premium to be charged to the Vendor, theVendor entering intoan agreement with a Third Party, wherein the Vendor agrees to pay the premium,and the ThirdParty agrees to pay the Monthly Carrying Costs associated with the First Housein the event thatFirst House is not sold within the acceptable predefined period of time anduntil such time as theFirst House is sold at or above the Minimum Acceptable Price.
