Declosed are a method and a system for management of handover only trunk line between mobile switching centers for handover in a mixed mobile communication system of an asynchronous network and a synchronous network. The invention is performed to connect and disconnect a trunk line between asynchronous mobile switching centers and synchronous mobile switching centers, thereby sending and receiving of trunk line management messages wherein the message types are reset circuit message, blocking message, trunk test message and other additional types of message.
