An automated dialing system for searching a contact in a database stored in a personal computer, comprised of a local database (DL) and a central processing unit (CPU) that is peripherally connected to a digital control panel (PD) that it is provided with a display (d) and an alphanumeric keyboard (Te); said central processing unit (CPU) being connected to the input of a pulse and/or tone telephone signal circuit (IT) or VOIP communication system (IP) to perform dialings; said central processing unit (CPI) being connected to the input of a circuit for converting serial signals of the RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet (E) and/or RF (IES) type to communicate with the local database (DL); said central processing unit (CPU) being connected to the input of a voice synthesizing circuit (CSV) for eventually sending and storing voice messages, which in its turn is connected to a loudspeaker (A) and a microphone (M), the whole assembly being connected to a power source (FA).
