The invention relates to a procedure and device for the use of SC(supercritical)-GeoSteam for a possible complete exploitation of coal- and hydrocarbon deposits, preferably in situ, by means of “SC-GeoSteam Injection” as well as the use of CO2 as the element for CO2 resource management within a closed system, with the necessary primary energy harvested in the form of SC-GeoSteam from a Supercritical Subsurface Boiler (SSB), also called a Geo heat exchanger, by means of super-deep drilled mine shafts. The SSB as the primary energy provider for SC-GeoSteam Injection can, at the same time, be used as a natural SCW* reactor. Because of the low viscosity of SC-GeoSteam and its high solubility in hydrocarbon, the hydrocarbons dissolve 100% in the supercritical fluid and are catalyzed in the presence of catalysts into high-grade hydrocarbons which can be separated via simple pressure reduction without complicated refining methods. By the use of this procedure and device, the available world oil reserves are multiplied and secure the supply of fuel for the future. By means of CO2 sequestration and the injection of CO2 and catalysts into the SBB, CO2 is again hydrogenated into high-grade fuel by means of the redundant hydrogen in the SC-GeoSteam, whereby the CO2-free cycle closes and shapes not only CO2-free generating stations on the basis of SC-GeoSteam but also CO2-free automobiles for our future fuel-free SC-GeoPower economy. *SCW = super-critical water.
