ALCOHOL-FREE MOUTHWASH AND MOUTH RINSE COMPOSITION IN TABLET FORM

A novel mouthwash and mouth rinse composition in tablet form is provided for a convenient and easy-to-use mouthwash and mouth rinse composition that cleans the mouth and freshens the breath after each use. In particular, an alcohol-free mouthwash and mouth rinse composition in tablet form comprising primarily of sodium bicarbonate, or a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate, is provided. The tablet is easily dissolved or dispersed into small amount of water by dissolving first in a cup with water before use, or preferably being directly inserted into the mouth then dissolved with clean water. The alcohol-free mouthwash and mouth rinse tablet composition is highly effective when employed to freshen the breath, neutralize mouth acids and flush away oral debris while at the same time exhibits the highly desirable characteristics of ease of manufacture, storage and simplicity in personal administration.
