A process which comprises blending dry okara (soybean curd refuse) with an alkali solution to give an okara-based coagulating agent, then blending the okara-based coagulating agent with a sticky food followed by kneading, adding hot water to the kneaded matter to give a kneaded mixture, blending the kneaded matter with a konjac paste, which has been prepared by blending a refined konjac flour with hot water, followed by kneading to give a kneaded matter comprising all of the components as described above, and then coagulating the kneaded matter comprising all of the components by heating.
