A MBS service system, a method for dividing MBS service Zone, and a method for implementing MBS service in the radio network can support MBS in WiMAX system. In the present invention, each MBS Zone is managed by a MBS proxy as the signaling plane entity, and the MBS proxy allocates, manages and maintains the resource within the MBS Zone; ASN gateway containing a MBS DPF for establishing, modifying and deleting MBS service bear between the MBS DPF and the base station; a MBS Agent containing in the base station establishes the MBS service bear and classifies and distributes the MBS service packets cooperating with the MBS Proxy and MBS DPF.
