A METHOD OF FLOW CONTROLLING FOR IUB-INTERFACE, AN APPARATUS AND A BASE STATION

A method of flow controlling for IUB-interface, an apparatus and a base station in which the method includes the following steps: the frame lost rate is acquired based on the frame lost numbers in a predetermined period. The congestion condition is determined based on said frame lost rate. The total bandwidth distributed to user's IUB-interface is regulated based on the reservation abundant bandwidth. The judgment of whether the congestion is occurred or not for IUB-interface is achieved by calculating the frame lost rate in the predetermined period, the maximum distributed bandwidth of user's IUB-interface is regulated in real time based onthe congestion condition. Therefore, the congestion can be controlled effectively and the bandwidth of the IUB-interface can be used sufficiently.
