It is intended to provide a dental repair material whereby the compatibility and adhesiveness to a base can be improved, a method of producing the same and a porcelain paste for a dental repair material. A dental repair material comprising a ceramic frame, a porcelain layer which is formed on the inner face of the ceramic frame and can be bonded to the outer face of a base in the oral cavity with the use of a dental adhesive. It is preferable, for example, that the ceramic frame is made of zirconium oxide ceramic and the inner face of the porcelain layer has been subjected to a silane coupling treatment.
