Provided is a multilayer including a hyaluronic acid derivative. Specifically, the multilayer includes: a tissue adhesive layer including a hyaluronic acid derivative obtained by reacting a hyaluronic acid with at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, and a lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer; and a porous support including a hydrogel-type hyaluronic acid derivative disposed on the tissue adhesive layer. Also, the multilayer can include: a tissue adhesive layer including a hyaluronic acid derivative obtained by reacting a hyaluronic acid with at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, and a lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer; and a porous support including a hyaluronic acid derivative obtained by reacting a hyaluronic acid with methacrylic anhydride disposed on the tissue adhesive layer.
