A payment form (VD) is created and sent to a debtor. The data required to process the payment is inputted and included in the payment form. A first short range radio transmit/radio receive facility (KF1) is integrated with a storage facility in payment form. The data on the payment form is stored in the storage facility, and when payment form is located within the short range radio transmit/radio receive area of the facility, the stored data is transmitted after the detection of first initiating action.
