A process for iron smelting in blast furnace using purified oxygen and coal gas and its device. The process comprises the following steps: adding ore material composed of agglomeration, basic sintered ore, coke and flux into a blast furnace from its roof, in which the amount of coke is 170-200 kg per ton of iron; simultaneously blowing purified oxygen into the blast furnace, in which the amount of purified oxygen is 120-200 Nm3 per ton of molten iron; simultaneously blowing coal gas which is preheated and pressurized by a ball-type hot blast furnace into the blast furnace to reduce metallic ore, in which the temperature of the coal gas is 900-1150 °C, the pressure of the coal gas is 0.1-0.6 MPa; purifying and cooling the coal gas generated from reduction by a dust removing system, transporting the gas to a top pressure electric generator through pipelines to recycle it, and collecting it into a gas cylinder or recycling it directly. The process has a greatly increased productivity, in which the usage factor of blast furnace is up to 6-8 tons of iron/m3 ⋅ D, the consumption of flux reduces 2/3, the amount of slag reduces 2/3, the overall consumption per ton of iron could be 492 kgCE/t, and coal gas from the furnace roof could be recycled and used to generate electricity.
