Fusion proteins containing N domain of human calreticulin and human papillomavirus type 16 E6 or E7 are provided. Genes encoding the fusion proteins, expression vectors comprising the genes, pharmaceutical compositions containing the fusion proteins and use of the fusion proteins for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment or prevention human papillomavirus related diseases are also provided.
