The shutter is wound around a reel (2) which rotates on a fixed shaft (3) and is connected to it by a compensation spring (4) between two sides (5,6) of the reel. The spring internal end (4a) is fixed to the shaft whilst its outer end (4b) is fixed to a locking element (7) movable on the reel. In the event of spring failure the locking element engages a static part (9) integral with the fixed shaft. The locking element is composed of a finger interposed between the two reel edges and is externally connected to a pressure spring (10). The internal part (7b) is connected to the outer end of the compression spring. The finger is able to displace axially along a parallel axis (X,X') to that (Y,Y') of the shaft between unlocking and locking positions.
