Infinitely variable hybrid transmission with power branching and two operating modes, the constituent elements of which are distributed between two power lines connecting in parallel the internal combustion engine (M) to the vehicle wheels, these means including at least three epicyclic gear trains, two electric machines (ME1, ME2), and a reduction stage (R), characterized in that it has a primary shaft (H1, H2) aligned with the internal combustion engine and a first electric machine (ME1), and a secondary shaft (H3, H4) aligned with the second electric machine (ME2).
