Provided is a biosensor cartridge, which is enabled by needling it into a precise position to sample and measure the specimen of a needling hole easily without any action required to bring a sampling hole closer to the needling hole. When the leading end portion (11a) of a biosensor chip (11) is pushed onto a subject (M), an elastic member (20) protruding from the leading end portion (11a) of the biosensor chip (11) is compressed to protrude a needling tool (12), so that the subject (M) can be needled. When the pushing force is weakened, the needling tool (12) is extracted from the subject (M) by the restoring force of the elastic member (20), so that a sample (R) flows out from the needling hole. Moreover, a cover member (19) is disposed around the biosensor chip (11), so that the biosensor chip (11) can be prevented, when a sheet-shaped biosensor cartridge (10) of a small thickness needles, from being deformed, thereby to perform the needling precisely at a predetermined needling position.
