Process for the preparation of emulsions comprising the following process steps: a) incorporation of anionic polymeric thickeners into the aqueous phase, b) incorporation of the emulsifier dimethyldioctadecylammonium chloride into the oil phase, c) combining of the aqueous phase and the oil phase and subsequent homogenization.
