The method involves laying tracks (1) on a base slab and coating a lower part of each track with a material forming a pedestal. A floor unit is laid in a support on a part of an upper surface of the pedestal, so that a side wall of the floor unit facing a projection part of the track forms a casting chamber. The tracks are choked in a predetermined functional position.
