The brake has a lower and mobile upper bumper plates and N clamps. A provoking unit has linking units which transmit the state of actuators to adjacent clamps such that each clamp is associated to the actuator. A hydraulic control circuit (K) controls each actuator between a state which brings the clamps associated to the actuator in a tightening position and another state which brings the clamps in a dismounting position.
