The present invention provides a comprehensive product and service to satisfy the need of indoor positioning and guiding. By integrating intelligent RSS technology, mobile technology, Intelligent Agent Technology (IAT) and real-time indoor positioning, users may find any real-time location-based services, information and facilities more accurately and effectively. The present invention may be applied in shopping malls, exhibition centres, hospitals, hotels, casinos, stadiums, airports, government buildings and museums, etc.
