The method involves reading input and/or output data which are present on an input side of users and are incorporated in a data processing system. The data is checked in relation to currency parameters. An error is identified in response to a defined discrepancy being reached between the currency parameter and a defined currency threshold. A defined function is triggered in response to identification of the error. An independent claim is also included for a data processing system.
