A wireless terminal security network and card locking method based on the ellipse curve public key cipher is disclosed, it includes: an elliptic curve digital signature certificate is used to validate whether the digital signature of the handset security network and card locking software file is legal signature during the wireless terminal is started and initialized; the comparing verification between the startup information of the wireless terminal and the prestored security information related network and card locking is performed by validated software, if the verification is pass, then the related network service is provided; if else, then it refuses to provide related network service or the terminal is turned off. The ellipse curve cipher system used in this invention has the strongest security, the fastest process speed, and the lowest overload for each byte among the known public key cipher system, and special adapts the handset terminal with lower memory and lower process ability to realize public key cipher security technology of network and card locking.
