The aim of the invention is to design a radial antifriction bearing that has a longer service life, an eccentric drive comprising said radial antifriction bearing, and an anti-blocking system comprising said eccentric drive or said radial antifriction bearing. The invention relates to a radial antifriction bearing (4) for an eccentric drive (1), comprising a bearing bush (8) and a plurality of rolling members (9). The bearing bush (8) has a bush bottom (10) at one axial end thereof, a radially inward-extending rim (12) at the other axial end thereof, a contact surface for one or more plungers (5) on the radial external face thereof, and a raceway for the rolling members (9) on the radial internal face thereof. The radial antifriction bearing (4) further comprises a sealing disk (14) which is disposed between the rolling members (9) and the rim (12) in order to seal the interior of the antifriction bearing.
