A home telesurveillance system is described, comprising at least one medical monitoring device (1) able to monitor clinical parameters of a patient to evaluate a patient's disease and to provide objective data indicative of said measured clinical parameters; an interactive device (2) comprising a keyboard (23) to enter subjective data indicative of the symptoms of the patient's disease and network connecting means (16, 26) for linking to an outside network (5) to which is connected a central server (3), to which said subjective data entered by the user and said objective data indicative of the clinical parameters monitored by said at least one clinical monitoring device (1) are sent.
