The method involves accommodating fastening part (12) of a retaining mechanism (10) and is held for the delivery of a tool or for adding aligned position. The fastening part is accessible with a pierceable wall portion (14) of a side and the retaining mechanism is provided with a needle (11). The fastening part is pressed against the needle in the aligned position with the pierceable wall portion such that the needle penetrates the pierceable wall portion and held the wall portion on the needle.
