The circuit has an input (HF-IN) and an output (HF-OUT), where a 90 degrees hybrid coupler (1a) is connected with the input, and a 90 degrees hybrid coupler (1b) is connected with the output. Two amplifier stages (2a, 2b) are connected in parallel between the two hybrid couplers. The hybrid couplers are hybrid couplers with a work area of 1/ n octave between the lower frequency value and an upper frequency value. The two amplifier stages are based on transistors, which are manufactured from semiconductor materials with large electronic band gaps.
