Nanoparticulate composition of chitosan and chondroitin sulfate

The invention relates to a composition comprising nanoparticles with a size of less than 1 micron for the release of chondroitin sulfate, wherein the nanoparticles comprise at least chitosan or a derivative thereof, and at least one chondroitin sulfite or a derivative thereof, and wherein the nanoparticles are crosslinked by means of a crosslinking agent. It also refers to a process for preparing said nanoparticulate composition.
