A nature friendly bird's habitat for tidal power generation and ocean ecology protection is provided to achieve good habitat for birds in a shallow sea and foreshore and to minimize damage of ecology due to a sea wall for tidal power generation. A nature friendly bird's habitat for tidal power generation and ocean ecology protection includes an underwater plate(10) and an intercepting net(21). The underwater plate is supported by a pillar(11) fixed on the ground to be installed on a lower part of the water. Earth and sand is installed on the upper part of the underwater plate. The intercepting net is installed along the frame of the underwater plate, and is connected to a buoy(22) to make the upper end thereof ascend and descend along the level of water. A floating tool is installed on the lower part of the underwater plate.
