In a capillary tube drawing and forming device comprising a drawing dies(100) through which a copper pipe(P) with a large diameter can be drawn into a small diameter, the drawing and forming device comprises an inner diameter jig rod(200) for pipe drawing, the inner diameter jig rod for pipe drawing including an inner diameter guide part(201) for guiding the copper pipe(P) with a large diameter as a drawing workpiece in a state that an inner diameter of the copper pipe(P) with a large diameter is inserted into one end of an inlet side of the dies, an inclination guiding part(202) for guiding the copper pipe(P) with a large diameter gradually and smoothly when drawing the copper pipe(P) with a large diameter guided to a front end of the inner diameter guide part into a small diameter, and an inner diameter supporting part(203) having the same diameter as an inner diameter of the small diameter copper pipe to certainly support and hold the inner diameter of the capillary tube when drawing and forming the copper pipe with a large diameter into a capillary tube with a small diameter from an end of the inclination guiding part.
