THE SERVICE METHOD OF RIGHTS TRANSFER WITH HEARING AND SEEING IN CONTENTS TRANSACTION

A service method for transferring rights of contents while a user hears and views the contents through a device in contents transaction is provided to reduce inconvenience of customers by enabling the customer to use various devices, as playback of the contents stored in a storage medium is supported through a website if the customer buys the storage medium in the online or offline network. A user is registered by connecting to an online service system through a user terminal. An ID code of the storage medium sold to the user is automatically or manually received from the user. A real file is not uploaded if the registered sound source and moving picture corresponding to the received ID code is found, and the contents are automatically or manually converted/registered through a program if the registered sound source and moving picture corresponding to the received ID code is not found. The user views or hears the registered contents by uploading the registered contents through the website or downloading the other storage medium from a PC, an MP3(MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) layer-3) player, a PMP(Personal Multimedia Player), a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), and a mobile phone. The rights of the uploaded or downloaded contents are obtained.
