摘要

A light-emitting heteronuclear copper(I)-iridium(III) complex is provided to obtain a high-efficiency phosphorescent material capable of emitting the light in a red range(590-630 nm), and to impart a high luminance and low driving voltage to an organic electroluminescence device. A light-emitting heteronuclear copper(I)-iridium(III) complex is represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, A-X-B is a monovalent anionic bidentate co-ligand containing a heteroatom (X); X is N, P, S or O; CyN is a substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 heterocyclic group or substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 heteroaryl group containing a nitrogen atom bound to Ir(III); CyC is a substituted or non-substituted C4-C60 carbocyclic group, substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 heterocyclic group, substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 aryl group or substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 heteroaryl group containing a carbon atom bound to Ir; and CyN-CyC represents a cyclometalating ligand bound to Ir by way of N and C.
