A method and system for preparing a premarital property agreement using communication network are provided to enable users to easily contract the premarital property agreement through communication network such as internet, thereby improving the convenience of the premarital people. A method for preparing a premarital property agreement using communication network comprises the following steps of: outputting at least one pre-stored agreement item and transmitting the outputted item to a user terminal through a communication network; transmitting a draft of a generated premarital property agreement to the user terminal using selected item input information(210-230); generating changed premarital property agreement and transmitting the generated agreement to the user terminal(240); outputting at least one pre-stored registration item information and transmitting the outputted information to the user terminal(250-255); generating a draft of registration request and transmitting the generated draft to the user terminal(265-270); and generating changed registration sheet and transmitting the generated sheet to the user terminal(275).
