A system and a method for providing points integrally accumulated to a member are provided to promote AD view and shopping by integrally accumulating the points given whenever a plurality of members view the AD and providing the points to one member when a purchase signal is generated from one member accumulating the points. A plurality of customer terminals(A1-An) include a communication module for viewing the AD and goods information in a webpage by connecting to a point providing server(MPPS). A plurality of advertiser servers(B1-Bn) provide the AD to the point providing server and provide the points corresponding to the AD view of the member. A plurality of seller servers(C1-Cn) provide the goods information to the point providing server and provides the points corresponding to goods information view of the member. The point providing server displays the AD and the goods information received from the advertiser and seller servers to the webpage, and integrally accumulates the points jointly accumulated by an AD/goods information view signal received from the customer terminals. When a goods purchase signal is received from the customer, the point providing server discounts a purchase price of the customer by using the jointly accumulated points and updates point data.
