A dust collecting elbow structure for an electric furnace is provided to restraint skull from being stuck to an inner surface of the elbow and enables the skull to be easily separated from the elbow even when the skull is stuck to the elbow by simply changing an internal shape of an elbow. In a structure of a dust collecting elbow(10) for an electric furnace, which is installed on one side of an upper part of a roof(130) of the electric furnace to send large amounts of waste gas, dust and slag generated during melting of iron scrap to a dust collecting duct, the dust collecting elbow structure comprises a blade(12) installed in an inner upper central part of an end part of the elbow of a dust collecting duct side such that the blade is formed in a length direction of the elbow and projected toward the center of the elbow. The blade has a cooling water passage formed therein such that cooling water supplied intermittently moves along a predetermined path of the cooling water passage.
