An installation structure of a chemical resin liner and a method for manufacturing and constructing a chemical resin lining precast concrete culvert are provided to secure watertightness between a liner and a steel form and to prevent differential settlement using a watertight packing. An installation structure of a chemical resin liner is provided for installing a chemical resin liner(11) to a culvert form by forming an insertion groove on the end of a chemical resin liner to be a portion or the whole of a packing member for molding and inserting a packing member for molding to the insertion groove to install a liner and to secure watertightness, wherein the packing member for molding is installed to the side of the form at the compressed state, and removed after molding a culvert to form an insertion groove(16) of a watertight packing on the surface of the culvert. A manufacturing method of a chemical resin lining precast concrete culvert comprises the steps of: fixing a packing member for molding to an insertion groove of a packing member formed around a liner; installing the liner fixed with the packing member to the inside of a reinforcement cage forming the frame of a culvert; assembling the reinforcement cage coupled with the liner on the bottom plate of a steel form completely and putting a side plate of a steel form shaping the cross section of a PC culvert into the temporary assembled steel form; preparing a culvert form by inputting the inside of a -shaped PC culvert into an inner case of a steel form and adhering closely to the inner case using a turn buckle; and placing concrete in the form and shaping/curing a lining culvert, and then stripping off the packing member for molding inserted to a joint between the liner and concrete. A construction method of a chemical resin lining PC culvert comprises the steps of: inserting connection members(12) for differential settlement prevention to insertion grooves(19) of a connection member formed on the cut end butted on the cut end of continued culverts; putting another culvert to make an insertion groove of a connection member connected with the insertion groove of a connection member of the pre-installed culvert and pushing the culvert toward the pre-installed culvert to be inserted to the connection member for differential settlement prevention fitted to the insertion groove of a connection member of the pre-installed culvert to the insertion groove of a connection member; fastening two culvert units tightly by filling up the insertion grooves of a watertight connecting packing formed on two ends of the inside of each culvert close to the contact surface of two culverts with mortar mixture or chemical resin solution made of same materials as a chemical resin liner or easily adhesive materials to a liner; forming shrinkage compensating mortar or chemical resin mortar filling layer by filling up a gap formed on a connection of the outside fastened with the inside of the culvert by a watertight connecting packing(15); and repeating above stated steps repeatedly.
