An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) device for processing massive data and a processing method thereof are provided to process the data by converting RFID recognition data having various data formats into a schema having a predetermined rule, and process a plurality of RFID recognition data recognized from a plurality of RFID tags at a high speed by queuing the RFID recognition data through a simultaneous queue, a multi-user queue, and a multi-user callback queue. A sensor(100) reads data from the RFID tags. A sensor data processor(102) generates a data stream by converting the read data into the schema having the predetermined rule, receives the data divided into the data by an RFID tag unit from the data stream, and transmits the received data to an external device(116). A data stream processor(104) receives/queues the data stream, and queues the divided data to the sensor data processor if the divided data is received. A continuous query manager(114) divides the data stream by the RFID tag unit if the data stream is received through the data stream manager and provides the divided data to the data stream manager. The data stream manager registers and deletes the schema different from various kinds of RFID tags, and provides information for the registered schema to the sensor data processor.
