RECYCLING DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR WASTE PLASTIC AND RECYCLING DISPOSAL METHOD FOR THE SAME

A recycling disposal system for waste plastics and a recycling disposal method using the same are provided to improve productivity and quality of recycled fuel, and secure safety of workers and improve working efficiency of the workers by providing a clean working environment. A recycling disposal system for waste plastics comprises: a pre-sorting equipment(10) including a magnetic separator(12) for sorting and removing magnetic substances contained in waste plastics; a crushing equipment(20) for crushing the waste plastics into pieces after removing the magnetic substances from the waste plastics in the pre-sorting equipment; a sand removal equipment(30) for removing alien substances including sand and earth contained in the waste plastics; and a melt extruding equipment(60) for melting and extruding the waste plastics using friction heat by self-driving. The recycling disposal system further comprises a PVC sorting equipment(40), a postprocessing equipment(70), and an additive supply equipment(50). The melt extruding equipment includes: a melt-extruder(64) having a pair of extrusion gears; and a water feeder(62).
