A cosmetic product replacement unit for a base stick module of a cosmetic stick and a set including the cosmetic product replacement unit and plural base stick modules are provided to produce the cosmetic product replacement unit at low cost by excluding mechanical movable components of a feed device from the replacement unit and installing all movable parts at the base stick module. A cosmetic product replacement unit for a base stick module of a cosmetic stick is composed of a replacement housing(33) containing cosmetics as a refill product(9) and a cap(6) attached on the replacement housing to close up a refill product extending opening unit. The refill product is push-connected with a piston(12) guided in the replacement housing. A piston combining component joined to the piston is operated cooperatively with a piston push rod and a complementary push rod combining component as a part of a feed device of the base stick module. The piston combining component push-connects the piston push rod to the piston. The piston push rod is disposed at the side of the piston separated from the refill product.
