The height that a tuner having the same and a TV are sized to adjustment tuner according to the one of the insertion hole for being formed in a motherboard. One tuner (10) includes a fixing rib (14a), is formed in an its underpart. Fixing rib is inserted into an insertion hole, is formed in a motherboard of an electronic component. Multiple step units with different width are formed in the vertical direction to fixing rib. One size of insertion hole is changed according to the width of stepper. The width of stepper is increased or decreased sequentially along a vertical direction. Step units are formed to substantially symmetrical about its central axis in cup shell opposite to each other around a center of fixing rib. The width of step units is reduced from a up direction to down direction.
