An external wall remodeling block is provided to prevent a steel band from separating from an external wall even if an external wall is cut and formed perpendicularly or curvilinearly by fixing a steel band to an external wall trebly using fixing hangers. An external wall remodeling block comprises an external wall(10) formed by forming a horizontal groove(20) on native rock, a n-shaped steel band(40) provided with many perforated holes and joined to the inside of the external wall by adhesives, a fixing hanger formed to make one side fixed to the horizontal groove of the external wall joined with the steel band and the other side suspended on the perforated hole of the steel band, and an expandable resin composition(60) placed on the inside where the external wall and the steel band are fixed by the fixing hangers, so that the steel band is fixed to the external wall trebly.
