A superconducting shield layer jointing apparatus of three-phase high temperature superconductor cable is provided to improve a conducting quantity and prevent a quench of the superconducting shield layer by forming a contact resistance of the superconducting shield layer uniformly. A superconducting shield layer jointing apparatus of three-phase high temperature superconductor cable includes a shielding layer electrode(2) having an upper electrode(2a), a lower electrode(2b), a shielding layer coupling unit(2c), and a coupling wing(2d). The shielding layer coupling unit is formed as a half-cylindrical shape, is coupled to an upper part of an outer circumference plane of an insulation layer of a high superconducting cable core, and is formed to be tapered outwardly. The coupling wing is formed on an end of the shielding layer coupling unit. The upper electrode is composed of one or two stators which are protrusively formed outwardly the coupling wing. The lower electrode is corresponding to the upper electrode and has the shielding layer coupling unit and the coupling wing. The lower electrode is coupled to a lower part of an outer circumference of the insulation layer of the high temperature superconducting cable core. The shielding layer electrode covers the outer circumference plane of the insulation layer of the high temperature superconducting cable core. The superconducting shielding layer is electrically connected to the outer circumference plane of the shielding layer coupling unit along a length direction. A stator formed on each phase is coupled to a conducting coupler. The superconducting shielding layer is grounded by Y-connection or delta-connection.
