A method for manufacturing a preflex beam is provided to manufacture a preflex beam economically and effectively by using a stand for manufacturing a preflex beam installed on a ground foundation. A method for manufacturing a preflex beam using a stand for manufacturing a preflex beam comprises the steps of installing a pair of foundation support beams(20) on a foundation(51) using anchor bolts(52), installing a stand for manufacturing a preflex beam including horizontal connecting beams(30) connecting the foundation support beams horizontally on a pair of the foundation support beam integrally, installing hydraulic jacks on the foundation between a pair of the foundation support beams at regular intervals and installing H-beams to make lower flanges placed on the horizontal connecting beams, connecting the lower flanges of the H-beams and the horizontal connecting beams using anchor bolts, applying hydraulic force to the hydraulic jacks to be curved gradually at the appointed curvature and placing casing concrete(61) on an upper flange.
