An earth resistance integration monitoring system for a grounding wire of an electric pole is provided to prevent damage due to the failure of the grounding wire by informing the failure of the grounding wire to a manger rapidly. An earth resistance measurement and control device(20) is installed in each electric pole, and measures earth resistance of a grounding wire in real time or periodically. A plurality of management servers(200) is connected to the earth resistance measurement and control device, and makes data base by analyzing and judging the earth resistance value of a plurality of electric pole grounding wires. An integrated server(300) is connected to the plurality of management servers, and manages the earth resistance of the grounding wires of the electric poles.
