Kinetic character test equipment for a hydraulic servo valve is provided to discriminate the possibility of use of the valve by measuring the difference between an instruction value according to frequency change and an actual operating value of the valve while raising the frequency of the valve. Kinetic character test equipment for a hydraulic servo valve is connected to an amplifier(2) at one side and the amplifier is connected to a computer(3) having a program. When an operator pushes a start button using the computer, a servo valve(1) is operated, and the program of the computer measures the difference between an instruction value according to frequency change and an actual operating value of the valve while raising the frequency of the valve and transmits the result to the computer, and then the computer evaluates the difference between the phase change and the displacement change, thereby obtaining an analyzed graph to discriminate the possibility of use of the valve.
