A new Cymbidium Yang Gwang is provided to mass-provide the novel species Cymbidium Yang Gwang with improved ornamental value by having a pattern in a bud. A new Cymbidium Yang Gwang is prepared by explanting a growing point of a conventional Cymbidium 'Daeguk' in MS(Murashige-Skoog) medium to select and proliferate a bud-mutated protocorm-like body(PLB) 1, breeding shoot differentiated from the PLB, being fixed by subculturing more than 3 generation and being asexually reproduced by tissue-culturing and has the characteristics of: (a) having a yellow-white pattern at the center of a leaf and a green edge of the leaf; (b) having the leaf gloss; (c) having a leaf length of about 20 cm; (d) having a leaf width of 0.8-1.2cm; (e) having 4-5 leaves; (f) having a bud pattern of the inside stripe; (g) flowering period of March to May, and September to October; (h) two times per year of flowering; (i) a production method of tissue culture; and (j) being used for differentiation.
