An oil separating device is provided to improve heating/cooling efficiency, and to prevent damage of a compressor due to oil shortage by including an oil inflow port and an oil separating plate in a discharge port of refrigerant supplied into the compressor. An oil separating device comprises a housing(120), an inflow port(121), an oil separating plate(123a,123b), an oil outflow port(125) and a refrigerant outflow port(122). The housing forms hollow space for receiving refrigerant and oil discharged from a compressor compressing the refrigerant. One or more inflow ports allow the refrigerant and the oil mixed in the refrigerant discharged from the compressor to be supplied into the housing. The oil separating plate is installed inside the housing, and separates the refrigerant from the oil mixed in the refrigerant discharged from the compressor. The oil outflow port is installed in a lower surface of the housing, and discharges the oil separated from the refrigerant through the oil separating plate. The refrigerant outflow port discharges the refrigerant separated in the oil separating plate.
