A hydrogen isotope removing equipment is provided to reduce the working hour substantially and reduce the cost by increasing the purity of hydrogen stored in a hydrogen cell of a thermometer correcting system and reducing the content of isotope of hydrogen, and a low temperature correction system using the same is provided to increase the correction accuracy and the correction operating efficiency. A hydrogen isotope removing equipment(100) includes: a hydrogen supply part(110) for supplying hydrogen; an isotope removing part(130) comprising a glass tube(131) and at least one hydrogen isotope removing film(132) provided within the glass tube and installed on a moving path of hydrogen supplied from the hydrogen supply part; a heating unit(140); a hydrogen collecting part(120) for collecting hydrogen gas that has passed through the isotope removing part; a connecting pipe(150) for connecting the hydrogen supply part, the isotope removing part and the hydrogen collecting part; and a plurality of control valves(151) installed on the connecting pipe.
