A wall construction method is provided to construct the outer wall of a building easily by pulling up a gang form with a gang form pulling device, not a crane. A wall construction method comprises the steps of: executing concrete foundation work in a construction site and installing a working rod(3) at the bottom(S10); installing a gang form pulling device(100) by locating the gang form pulling device on the upper part of the working rod, descending a coupling pipe(43) projected to the outside of a main body of a hydraulic cylinder using a moving pipe(60) to make a jaw(48) move freely in a head(45) of a jaw clamp and then inserting the hydraulic cylinder to the working rod(S20); inserting a separate working rod to a cylinder rod of the hydraulic cylinder such that impurities stuck to the working rod are removed by a rubber bushing of the cylinder rod; coupling the working rod installed at the bottom with the working rod with impurities removed inside the cylinder rod of the hydraulic cylinder; fastening a clamp coupled with a wire to the upper part of the working rod and fixing the wire to the bottom to support the working rod; descending the gang form pulling device to the bottom using the moving pipe and connecting a gang form to a hook of a fixture; pulling up the gang form by applying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic hose and moving the main body upward; applying hydraulic pressure in a different direction through the hydraulic hose and moving the cylinder rod of the main body upward; and moving the main body and the cylinder rod of the hydraulic cylinder using hydraulic pressure repeatedly to pull up the gang form completely; and fixing the gang form using bolts and placing concrete.
