A bridge structure having a semi-cross sectional precast deck panel is provided to improve safety and constructability and to reduce the cost and period of construction by installing a pre-manufactured semi-cross sectional precast deck panel and coupling with cast-in-place concrete strongly and to improve the structural strength of a bridge by preventing crack formation using a bedding member. A bridge structure having a semi-cross sectional precast deck panel comprises the steps of installing plural PC beams(55) or steel beams regularly on a pier or an abutment, installing a semi-cross sectional precast deck panel(60) between the beams, forming a slab on the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel and the beams with cast-in-place concrete and forming a pavement layer(85) with asphalt. Hereon an elastic member(70) for preventing impact generation at the initial installation of the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel and supporting the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel and a bedding member(72) for supporting the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel strongly after adjusting the height of a semi-cross sectional precast deck panel are installed between the beam and the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel to prevent vertical crack formation, and a height adjustment bolt is inserted to a height adjustment hole of the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel to adjust the height of the semi-cross sectional precast deck panel against superelevation, construction error or camber when installing a semi-cross sectional precast deck panel on a beam.
